1. Acceptance of terms By accessing or using the App in any manner, including, but not limited to, visiting or browsing the App or contributing content, information, or other materials or services to the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to abide by the terms of this Agreement, you are not authorized to use or access the App and its services.

2. User eligibility You must be at least 12 years of age to use this App. By using this App and by agreeing to these terms and conditions, you warrant and represent that you are at least 12 years of age.

3. User account You may be required to create an account with us to access certain features of the App. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer or device. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.

4. Listings and transactions Users may create listings for vehicles on the App. Company does not endorse any listings or vehicles listed on the App, and we are not responsible or liable for the accuracy or quality of the listings or the vehicles. Users are solely responsible for their interactions with other users, including but not limited to any transactions, disputes, or communications.

5. Prohibited activities You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Using the App for any unlawful purpose.
• Impersonating any person or entity, or falsely stating or otherwise misrepresenting your affiliation with a person or entity.
• Uploading, posting, transmitting, or otherwise making available any content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other proprietary rights of any party.
• Uploading, posting, transmitting, or otherwise making available any content that is harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable.
• Interfering with or disrupting the App or servers or networks connected to the App.
• Collecting or storing personal data about other users.

6. Intellectual property The App and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Company and its licensors. The App is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Company.

7. Limitation of liability In no event shall Company, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the App; (iii) any content obtained from the App; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

8. Governing law This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

9. Changes to these terms We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By using this App, you signify your acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our App. Your continued use of the App following the posting of changes to these terms will be deemed your acceptance of those changes.
